What is group coaching with APHC?

Developed to tackle the most common issues faced by our 1:1 clients in ending the Yo-yo dieting cycle, our Facebook group coaching programme is an affordable alternative to 1:1 coaching.

This service is suitable for you if you are fairly self motivated but still require some support and guidance.

Group coaching is delivered via a combination of:
 


  • Video and Facebook live sessions covering practical nutrition and improving your relationship with food- End years of yo-yo dieting and struggles with your weight and food. Let us teach you how to lose weight, keep it off and live life how you want to live it.

  • Tasks, to help you to apply what you learn in the video sessions to your life

  • Regular personal progress checks and feedback from your coaches, including a weekly review and a monthly 1:1 call - so that we can help you to stay on track each day of the week and the month.

  • Hints, tips, recipes and more- so that you never run out of ideas or food for thought

  • Guidance when things go wrong - It’s normal for there to be days when things don't quite go to plan, we’ll give you the needed guidance to get over these.

  • Sample meal plans - that help guide your food choices in a direction that moves you towards your goal.

  • Not to mention community and support!
