I feel like I've tried every diet under the Sun, can you still help me lose weight?


Yes. Many people who we work with came to us in this position. Often feeling like they were “broken” and nothing could ever work.

We work very differently to diets and slimming clubs:

Every single person's dieting history and relationship with food has been forged through different situations and experiences. This makes how we all think about (and therefore behave around) food, our body and our health very different from one person to the next.

Like you, this is totally unique, and therefore, so is the work that we will need to do together.

This is something that even the most personalised diet plan or slimming club cannot do.


Why are your prices so high?


Whilst we try to keep our prices reasonable, starting at the price of a holiday, you are correct, we only offer truly personal, high quality, Premium Services and no budget options.

There are plenty of budget programmes available and we will happily direct you to them, but what we do is very different.


Not only will your coaching be truly unique to you, but you also have the option of contacting your coach whenever you need to, for “emergency” and day to day help.

Imagine those moments when you are fighting the urge to binge, or need real time help navigating a food situation. Not only do you have the opportunity to live in with us (or vice versa) during your Breakthrough Stay, but you almost have us by your side every step of the way, quite literally.

This is the reason that we can only take on a very limited number of clients at a time. We know that's something everyone says as some sales tactic, but in our case it is true. We aim to give you so much time and attention, that it would lack integrity for us to work with more people than we do.


Many people come to us having spent thousands over the years on Personal Training sessions, Slimming Products and Diet Systems without getting where they want to be. So it is totally understandable that they may be reluctant to spend yet more.

Please try not to think of this as yet another one of those products.

Rather, ask yourself, if you could put a price on the amount of weight you would like to lose, what that would give you, and the confidence that the changes you have made are here to stay, what would that be? If you can even put a price on that, we would guarantee that it is much higher than we what  are asking.


However, we do understand that we live in the real world and so we offer a variety of package and payment plan options to try to make our programmes as accessible as possible.

I have Diabetes, can you still work with me?


We have worked with people with a variety of physical and mental health problems in their past and present. If you would like to discuss your own health problems in more detail to get a definite answer, please book a totally confidential, free consultation. 


What days and times can you deliver coaching sessions and Breakthrough days?


We offer appointments Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends and Breakthrough days can be Weekends or Weekdays, depending on availability.


Will anyone else be present during my coaching?


No. We work with you totally privately and your coaching time is only yours.


Will I have to do exercise? What will that involve?


Although many people may start out without an exercise plan and can lose a substantial amount of weight without exercising, exercise does have a great many health and weight loss maintenance benefits, so we do encourage it.

However, what that is can vary from person to person. For some people this is lifting weights, cycling, swimming or running, for others it is walking with their dog or having a good dance.

Again, your exercise plan can be as unique as you are.


I already work with a Personal Trainer and I want to keep doing this, as I enjoy the exercise part, but nothing we have done has helped me lose weight, even when I try to work on my diet.

Can I just work on my eating with you?


Yes! In fact we offer a referral service for Personal Trainers all around the country. We will happily liaise with your trainer and become part of your team, so that you can just go to your PT sessions and simply train and hopefully have fun!

I'm still unsure, do you offer a trial?


As our programmes officially start with your Residential Breakthrough Stay or Home Visit, which we pay for and spend a great deal of time planning in advance, we cannot offer a trial as such.

However, if after your initial free consultation you would like to enter our application phase consisting of :

  • 2-3 consultations and coaching calls,

  • Access to all of our member standard member resources

  • And our Facebook groups


You can do so for only £100, with no obligation to enter into the next phase.

We always start our programmes with this phase in order to get to know you and what you need so that we can start to design your coaching process and Breakthrough days, so it won't delay your coaching in doing so
